have never seen such a messed up company in my life. Isokinetics has incorrectly billed me at east 10 times. I call them and they fix it in the system and another bill comes in the mail. This has been going on since January. I am now going to report Isokinetics to the BBB. On the last call in May they corrected the bill again and advised them I never wanted to hear from them again. Today another bill. Do not use this company!
My Doctor suggested I used their Leg brace after Knee replacement surgery - I was sent a bill for what the Issurance didnt pay for. I have paid that. They keep sending more bills for what they cannot explain to to me. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They are either trying to get you to send more money above what you owe or they are just totally enept. They are being investigated.
Do not do business with Isokinetics! They will get you to "try their product" with little to no money down and then bill you and your insurance company for the entire balance amount before the "trial period" is up. Even after sending their product back to them within the "trial period" they charged us over $1,000 for a piece of equipment we did not purchase! We have spent hours and hours trying to correct this issue to no avail. Their Office staff is not fluent in customer service and they never seem to understand what the issues are. Save yourself time and money and do business elsewhere!
I had no input into if I wanted the products, payment was denied by insurance several times a year later they are coming to me for payment. I will let my healthcare provider not to use this company's products on me again.
